AGILEra ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Staz Media Corp LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform at agilera.ai.

We collect your email address and payment information when you subscribe. Usage data (page views, feature interactions) is collected anonymously via server logs. We do not sell personal data.

How We Use It

Your email is used to authenticate your account and send service-related notifications. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store card details. Usage data is used to improve the platform.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. Stripe retains billing records per their data retention policy.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to maintain authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database), and ich8.org/DDLM-69 (AI prediction signals). Each has their own privacy policy.

2. Terms of Service

By using AGILEra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Permitted Use

AGILEra is a B2B software platform. You may use it for lawful business purposes. You may not resell access, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to train competing AI models.

Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds unless required by law.

AI Signals — No Financial Advice

DDLM-69 prediction signals and AGILEra AI outputs are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for business decisions made using our platform.

Uptime & Availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or issues with upstream services (Supabase, Stripe, ich8.org). We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staz Media Corp LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
